Robinhood.com Review Share the Love – Pass it On

I must confess I am not much of a gambler or even, into the stock market. Well, recently I was invited to join Robinhood.com and want to share my observations and experience as I review this product and answer your questions. I do not know about you, but I have to try something myself before I can invite others. So, let me tell you a little about Robinhood.com.

1. WHAT IS ROBINHOOD.COM?

Like me, you probably have not heard of Robinhood until now. Robinhood is a stock option site that invites you in and offers a share of FREE stock in exchange, and more every time someone YOU invite applies and their application is excepted – both of you get FREE stock.

2. HOW DID I FIND IT?

I was browsing around Facebook where people are sharing or looking for side hustles to occupy their day as they sit home in quarantine. One user, Brittany B, mentioned this site called Robinhood which I had never heard of. So, I took her up on her invite and clicked her invite link to see what it was and perhaps do this Robinhood.com Review for my own page here to let others know.

3. Click! Here I WAS ON ROBINHOOD.COM

Well, I was met by three dancing cards and invited to pick one as I stood a chance to winning stock in one of these companies. I picked a card and got my first FREE stock in Cleveland-Clifford (CLS) for $4.66 without spending a dime of my own money. It is in the metals, mineral and mining category. Clicking on this stock I can read more ABOUT THIS COMPANY and see what my equity in this company is that I just won.

4. MOVING DOWN THE PAGE…

Now I can see more details of my first company and what category (or Collections) it falls into and then, Robinhood lists any News, Analiysts Ratings and its earnings history for the stock. At the very bottom giving other stock options that others have also bought.

5. NOW TO THE FUN PART…

You do not have to spend any of your own money, although I did deposit $5.00 to in for more buying power and bought one share of GP for $2.97. That is my limit on my own limited budget. However, when you invite friends, family and others to Robinhood.com and they sign up – once their application is approved both you and they will receive some FREE stock. So I invite you to try it on for yourself and leave a comment below how you do and what you think.

So Now, Go Share the Love and Pass It On TODAY!!!

Let’s have some fun and maybe earn a little in return – join me on Robinhood where you invite your friends, get FREE stock, and track referrals and results. Let me now invite you to see how many you can get to join you and see how we all do by the end of June 2020.

  1. Getting free stock is a very good idea. I mean, I have nothing to lose here if I give it a try so why not. I think it is a big chance for me to be able to get involved. Like you, I am not a fan of gambling but this idea brings in an opportunity that I wouldn’t want to lose. It’s the first time I am hearing about this platform. Do you know how long they have been out there?

    • Let me share the story of how Robinhood began almost a decade ago at Stanford with two college roommates, Baiju and Vlad. After graduation they moved back to New York and built two finance companies, selling trading software to hedge funds. Using their new knowledge they gained in finance, they realized that big Wall Street firms pay effectively nothing to trade stocks, while most Americans are charged up to $10 for every trade.

They soon decided it was more important to build products that would provide everyone with access to the financial markets, not just the wealthy. Two years after heading to New York, they moved back to California and built Robinhood—a company that leverages technology to encourage everyone to participate in our financial system.

  3. Hi,

i like the name, Robin Hood . com. It is fitting, because stocks are free. I have been thinking about buying stock, but I always thought it required a huge investment. I am thinking of trying Robin Hood out (sounds a little funny, doesn’t it?) 😉

You’re expected to invest no money, and is membership free? Have you encountered any negative reviews about this platform? I’m just curious, I’ve never heard of it.

    • Just to test I put my max cash investment in of $5, I am very cautious and conservative, and find it can be a little risky putting cash in – like any other stock investment platform and I will wait for it to go high to buy out of it.

I will stay in the safe FREE level, just referring friends and watching what takes off from there.  I had never heard of it either until looking into different side hustles out there on Facebook, so I decided to check it out first and do a review of my findings.  I have not found any negative reviews yet, but will be looking and keep you updated.

  4. Investing is the future and to see that the way you have presented this post here is really good. This robinhood platform seems a lot like a platform that I can make good use of and exploit it to my benefits. Since I have a lot of people that I can refer, it would only be a good thing for me to signup ASAP. Thanks for this offer

    • Thank you, never been into investing – but thought I would try it out since recommended by a friend. Liked this one as you just need to recommend others and earn free stock – and who knows what that will lead to, right?
